Huntington disease

Huntington disease is a neurodegenerative disorder which clinically shows disorders of movement, progressive dementia, and psychiatric and behavioral disturbance. People with the Huntington disease suffer from cognitive decline and dementia. It generally becomes noticeable in middle age. There are existing medications that help manage the symptoms of Huntington's disease.  The offered treatments cannot prevent the physical, mental and behavioral decline related with the condition.
