Wegener's granulomatosis

Wegener's granulomatosis is an rare disorder that results in inflammation of the blood vessels, which in turn restricts blood flow to different organs. Generally Wegener's granulomatosis affects your kidneys, lungs and upper respiratory tract. The limited blood flow to the organs can cause severe damage. In addition to reddened blood vessels, Wegener's granulomatosis produces a form of inflammatory tissue known as a granuloma. Granulomas can demolish regular tissue. Early analysis and treatment of Wegener's granulomatosis can result in a full revitalization.
