Warts (common)

Common warts are skin growths resulting from a virus called human papillomavirus (HPV). The papillomavirus causes a fast growth of cells on the superficial layer of the skin. Common warts typically grow on hands or fingers. Treatment helps to avoid the common warts from scattering to other parts of the body or even to other individuals. Common warts might come back after treatment, and they may perhaps be a continual problem.
